France, today. Secret defense information has leaked to the press. From a war room, officials try to identify the whistle-blower behind the leaks, a mysterious Citoyen K claiming to be an intelligence agent.
The film is conceived as a hybrid object, between fiction and found-footage. Moments of interrogation alternate with videos secretly shot by Citoyen K during his missions around the world.
